Chor Minor Cafe is a bright, comfortable restaurant with delicious food, but only average service. First off, please ask if your customers want to sit in a smoking or non-smoking section so they don’t get stuck next to someone smoking cigarettes and blowing smoke in their face while they’re trying to eat. This is the start of the mediocre service we encountered throughout our meal. No complaints about the food. The salad, soup, and shashlik we ordered were quite delicious. The chuchvara was a real standout. Our server was absent most of the time and we had to ask someone other than her to bring us napkins and the check. This is such a great restaurant that shouldn’t be brought down by poor service.

Best traditional food I’ve had in the region. I ordered the Samsa, Manti, and the chicken Shahlik. Tasted fresh and well prepared. Service is normal.

We wanted to try local food however options for chicken and lamb were limited. But the kebabs recommended were absolutely delicious. Lamb never tasted this better. Had a bit of struggle with language but google translator came to rescue. Keep it up guys in the restaurant who helped us through in selecting the food.

The most delectable dishes in town! Each meal has its own unique flavor. This is hands down my favorite restaurant in Tashkent. Don't miss out on the Kazan Kabab – it's the best! The chefs are exceptionally skilled, and the hygiene standards are top-notch
